We provide high-quality Visiting Care and Live-In Care to help you or your loved ones live with more independence at home. Our friendly, professional team provides paid-for assistance with daily tasks, personal care, medical assistance and companionship, helping you live your life to the fullest.
Oakhaven Care Ltd is a Social Enterprise and a wholly owned subsidiary of Oakhaven Hospice. This means any profits made by Oakhaven Care Ltd go to support the work of the hospice. It's a win-win, home care that supports your local hospice!
Our services include Visiting Homecare, Live-In Care, Respite Care, and Palliative Care.

Our friendly, capable and highly qualified Community Care Assistants provide a range of paid services according to your needs. We will work with you and your family to establish your needs and preferences, creating a care package unique for you.
From 30-minute drop-in visits to multiple daily visits, extending to live-in and 24-hour care as and when required, our carers support you to remain in the comfort of your own home and maintain your chosen lifestyle.
